What we offer

CalmNCalculated is a small independent shop making browser-based planning dashboards, sold as digital downloads on Etsy. This website sells nothing: it has no checkout, no accounts and no downloads. Every "Get it on Etsy" button hands you over to Etsy, which handles payment and delivery.

Your licence

When you buy an app, you get a personal licence to use it for yourself and your household, on as many of your own devices as you like. Please don't resell, share, redistribute or republish the app or its files, or use them to make a competing product. The apps, designs, branding and content remain our intellectual property.

The free demos

The demos on this site are here so you can try an app before buying. They're the real apps running on sample data that resets when you close them, and they're offered "as is" for you to explore. They're for trying out, not a copy to keep or reuse.

Acceptable use

Please use the site and apps lawfully, and don't try to disrupt the site or copy the apps in order to pass them on to other people.

No warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to make them reliable and accurate, but we can't guarantee they'll be error-free or right for every situation. They're planning tools — not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. Always keep your own records for anything important, and remember your entries live in your browser, so clearing your browser data will remove them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, CalmNCalculated isn't liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or apps. None of this takes away the consumer rights you have where you live, and your purchase is also covered by Etsy's policies.

Purchases

All purchases are completed on Etsy and are also subject to Etsy's terms. How refunds work is set out in our refund policy.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date shows the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New Delhi, India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi. If the consumer law where you live gives you stronger protection, that still applies.
