What we offer

CalmNCalculated sells browser-based planning dashboards as digital products. Buying happens on Etsy; this site is a showcase where you can try live demos and then purchase on Etsy.

Your licence

When you buy an app, you get a personal licence to use it for yourself. Please don't resell, share, redistribute, or republish the app or its files. The apps, designs, branding and content remain our intellectual property.

The free demos

The demos on this site are provided so you can try the apps before buying. They run on sample data that resets, and they're offered "as is" for evaluation.

Acceptable use

Please use the site and apps lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, copy, or reverse-engineer them.

No warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to make them reliable and accurate, but we can't guarantee they'll be error-free or fit every purpose. Always keep your own records for anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, CalmNCalculated isn't liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or apps. Your purchase is also covered by Etsy's policies and your local consumer rights.

Purchases

All purchases are completed on Etsy and are also subject to Etsy's terms.

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date shows the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New Delhi, India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
