This is a plain-language policy for CalmNCalculated's digital products. It's a general template, not legal advice — please review it against Etsy's policies and your local consumer law before relying on it.

Our products are instant digital downloads. Because you receive the product immediately and it can't be "returned" like a physical item, sales are generally final. We make this fair in two ways below.

Try before you buy

Every app has a free, full live demo on our website — so you can explore exactly what you're getting before you pay. We strongly encourage trying the demo first.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right

If your app doesn't work as described, you bought the wrong one, or you run into a problem, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We'll help you fix it, send a corrected file, or sort out a refund where appropriate.

How refunds are handled

Because purchases are made on Etsy, refunds are processed through Etsy in line with Etsy's policies and your statutory consumer rights. The fastest way to reach us is an Etsy message on your order.

How to request help or a refund

Open your order in your Etsy account.
Message the shop (CalmNCalculated) describing the issue.
We'll reply and resolve it as quickly as we can.
