Refund Policy
Our products are instant digital downloads. Because the file reaches you straight away, a digital download can't be "returned" the way a physical item can. That's exactly why every app can be tried in full, free, before you pay.
Try the whole thing first, free
Every app we sell has a live demo on our website. It's the real app, running on sample data — no sign-up, no payment, nothing to install. The demo resets when you close it, so it's for exploring rather than planning, but it shows you exactly what you'd be buying. We'd much rather you spent ten minutes in the demo than bought the wrong one.
If something's wrong, tell us
If your app doesn't work as described, you can't get the file open, or you realise you bought the wrong one, message us on your Etsy order. We'll help you get it working, send you a fresh copy, or sort out a refund where that's the right answer.
How refunds are handled
This website takes no payments, so there's nothing we can refund here directly. Purchases are made on Etsy, so refunds are processed through Etsy — under the return policy shown on the listing you bought, Etsy's policies, and whatever consumer rights you have where you live.
How to ask for help or a refund
- Open your order in your Etsy account, under Purchases.
- Message the shop (CalmNCalculated), telling us which app it is and what went wrong.
- We'll reply and sort it out as quickly as we can.
