Your pregnancy roadmap

A planner, not a doctor. Everything in here is for organising and remembering. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace your midwife, OB or paediatrician. Where a date or a schedule comes from published guidance, the source and its date are named on screen so you can check them — and your provider’s version is the one that counts.
And if any of this is starting to feel heavier than preparation, that is a conversation for your midwife or doctor.

Doctor visits

Prenatal appointments

Mark as you attend. This is the visit pattern most US practices still follow — ACOG’s 2025 guidance says a tailored schedule of 6–10 visits is also fine for an average-risk pregnancy, so yours may look different. Your provider’s plan is the one to go by.
